HOW TO ORDER


Please order using the shopping cart. When you make your order we will need the following:
Name
Address and phone number
Email address
Credit card number and expiry date.

Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

At times we may use this information to tell you of exciting new offers, specials or changes to our site. If you do not wish to be sent this information, please email us a globalsilverjewel@xtra.co.nz

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Global Silver will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it before order is despatched. Cancellation may take place due to sudden unavailability of the stock item or failure to obtain necessary authorisation for your payment.

If there are any problems or queries with your order, we will contact you.

DELIVERY


Within New Zealand:

  • Please allow seven business days for delivery.
  • Rates will range from $4 - $10 for all orders up to $500 depending on the size of the items being sent.
  • Shipping is free of charge for all orders over $500.

Orders will be shipped via NZ Post Couriers and all packages are sent signature required.

Overseas:

  • If you wish your order to be sent overseas, please email us and we will confirm cost due to current exchange rates and courier charges before the package is sent.

PAYMENT AND PRICES


The total cost of your order includes the price of the items of jewellery you have purchased, including GST (for New Zealand customers), plus the cost of delivery. All prices are subject to change. At this stage we process all credit card transactions manually through our shop in Akaroa.

CONTRACT CANCELLATION


Orders can only be cancelled PRIOR to despatch. To cancel any order, please contact us immediately by phone or fax. We also reserve right to cancel any orders and will contact you in this instance, via the details you have supplied to us. We will refund any money paid using your original payment method. All orders are subject to availability of stock.

REPAIRS


We only repair items sold by Global Silver. Please provide a detailed description of the damage to the item. We will then get back to you with detailed information including an estimated repair fee after our jeweller has made an assessment. Please indicate whether you would like to be contacted via email or telephone.

RETURNS


Articles can be refunded or exchanged if unworn within7 days of the delivery date as long as it is accompanied by the invoice received with the item, or a copy of the invoice. The item is YOUR responsibility until it arrives back to us and you must return the piece unworn and undamaged in its original packaging. Special order pieces, items that show signs of wear or items that have been altered or sized are not covered by this satisfaction guarantee. We ask you to remember that jewellery must receive appropriate care when being worn and that you follow our recommendations for handling, cleaning and storage (please refer to the care instructions included with your purchase). We cannot exchange or refund items suffering from negligent damage or wear and tear over time.

We stress that it is important to inform us via email within 48 hours of receiving the order of any breakages to the dispatched item caused by delivery process.

Please keep the courier bag ID number for tracking purposes.

This guarantee does not cover lost items. Please allow up to 20 days for us to process your return credit.

Global Silver will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

Product descriptions and catalogue information

At Global Silver we endeavour to give accurate descriptions and detail regarding each of our products appearing on the website, and we have ensured that this information was correct at the time of loading on to the site. We also aim to keep the website as up-to-date as possible and delete or remove items that are either temporarily out of stock, or no longer available. Despite this, there may be times when the information is temporarily out-of-date and we apologise for this.

We reserve the right to make changes to the content on this website at any time, and if necessarily to withdraw any products from this website at any time.
